• Measure Water: Use the included measuring cup to fill the base of the boiler with the amount of water required for your desired doneness (soft, medium, or hard).
• Pierce Eggs: Use the provided piercing tool to poke a small hole in the wide, round end of each egg.
• Load Eggs: Place the eggs on the cooking tray with the pierced hole facing up.
• Cover and Start: Place the lid on the boiler, plug it in, and turn the switch on.
• Wait for the Chime: The boiler will steam the eggs. When the water has completely evaporated and the eggs are done, the machine will usually shut off automatically and/or sound a buzzer.
• Cool Down (Optional): Transfer the eggs to a bowl of cold or ice water to stop the cooking process immediately, which helps ensure a vibrant yellow yolk and makes them easier to peel.
